To ensure we can accommodate you on your preferred dates, we recommend that you make your reservation at least two to four weeks in advance of your intended arrival date.

You may of course book with shorter notice, subject to availability.

Medications and Supplements

Please bring any medications and supplements that you are currently taking, and enough for the time you are with us as we respect the recommendations given to you by your physician.

Although some guests do manage to reduce their medications as their body heals, the rate at which is different for each individual. If you are a diabetic, please bring: 

1) your glucose monitor

2) sufficient strips and lancets for your period of stay (testing 4-6 times per day)

Arrival and Departure

All programs begin on a Sunday.

Check-in time is between 9 AM-12 PM.

Check-out time is the following Sunday between 9-10 AM. 

Please let us know if your circumstances may require an exception.


What to Bring

  • Personal toiletries

  • Dietary supplements and medications

  • Diabetics: glucose monitor, sufficient strips and lancets for your period of stay (testing 4-6 times per day)

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • Bathing suit/trunks

  • Long thick robe

  • Non-skid shower shoes

  • Shower cap if desired

  • Hair dryer if desired

  • Dress is casual; however, please choose clothing for comfort and modesty (please, no sleeveless or low cut tops, tight or revealing clothing. If you wear shorts, skirts, or dresses, they must fall below the knees whilst sitting .)

  • A raincoat, boots, light jacket (for cool evenings)

  • Warm comfy jacket, hat and gloves (for cold weather)

  • Nightgown/pyjamas
