How to brew Mountain Tea:
To make- Pour hot water over 1-3 teaspoons, and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
For a stronger richer flavour, pour boiling water over leaf and let it simmer for 15-20 mins, turn off the heat and let it draw for 15mins.
Can be sweetened.
